Therapeutic Exercise includes the many ways exercise is employed to relieve pain, control emotions and urges, regain fitness, strength, range of motion, coordination and improve overall health.
Self-Care / Home Management Training entails choosing a combination of therapeutic exercise, cognitive skills and sensory techniques for an individualized home program.
Skillfully Aware™ Program:
Skillfully Aware is an evidence-based program of that blends health science and meditation techniques into a comprehensive method that works equally well for overwhelming stress, pain, chemical dependency, depression, anxiety, trauma and eating disorders.
