  • Current President of The M. Farris Corporation. This entity develops seminars, publishes, and markets self-care education materials for persons who suffer from chronic stress, pain, addictions and mood related issues. The principle work centers around teaching “Skillfully Aware,” a mindfulness program that integrates science and mindfulness practices to enable a participants to transform suffering states.
